Find the SE of a circle that passes through points A(-4,-2) and B( 2, 0) and whose center is on the line y=5/2x - 19/2. Use the geometric approach.

3. Find the SE of the circle tangent to the lines 2x + y - 5 = 0 and 2x + y + 15 = 0 if (2, 1) is one point of tangency.

Hint: You can use the formula for the perpendicular distance for all three problems.
